1956 winter Olympic trading card.  Card number 39 out of 100 black and white photo cards.  The cards were made as a collectable for a scrapbook that the cigarette compony produced in Germany.  "VEB Volkskunstverlag Reichenbach.  

The definition of "tiny but mighty", this Soviet skier was 5' 1" and won four Olympic medals (Gold in 1956, Silver in 1956, and two Silver in 1960).  She was a six-time medalist of the FIS Nordic Ski World Championships, of which four were Gold.  She raced in the 5k and 10k cross-country competitions.
